quizlet & thatquiz.

Everyone should know about these websites:  ThatQuiz & Quizlet!  What are they?  They are each free sites that create flashcards or practice tests for math facts and reading vocabulary.  Register (for free) at ThatQuiz and log in to create a class.  Add your students names to the class.  Assign a test.  Give the students the test code (which is provided for you).  Students then type in the test code. Click on their name.  Take the test and see their score!  As the teacher, you can log in and view each student’s score and even which questions they got wrong!

Quizlet is geared towards vocabulary.  You can create a set of vocabulary terms and then practice with flashcards and tests.  You have to register with this one as well, but it is free and easy.

If you want to tour around each of these before registering for yourself, you can use the following logins for both:

Username: springfield

Password:  papermill

Feel free to practice with this login… make a class, assign a test, create a vocab set.  Once you have the hang of it, you can sign up for yourself! Let me know how you like them!
